If any of these sound unfamiliar, then Ballet is the class to help you grow in the foundations of technique, improve your coordination, and enhance your confidence. And who doesn't want that?

Ballet 1: Wednesdays at 4:30pm, Saturdays at 1pm

Ballet 2: Wednesdays at 5:30pm

Creative Movement

A BIG class for little learners ages 18 mths - 4 yrs!

Dancing is natural for most babies, so why not start their dance training there?

In this class, toddlers learn the basics of movement and expand their imagination with creative choreography, props and music.

Mummies are invited to join in the fun! 

Tuesdays at 3:30pm

Saturdays at 12noon

AfroBeat / Hip Hop

Some days Hip Hop, some days Azonto, some days Soca.

All days - intense, high energy gospel fun! 

Get ready to bring the passion and sweat it out in this fast-paced

pelau of a class.

Dance sneakers are highly recommended. Giving up is not.  

Saturdays at 10am

Mime

So maybe you're not quite the dancer but you love storytelling through movement.  Dive into the world of mime and discover how legends like Marcel Marceau used it to change the world.   

Mondays at 5pm

Modern / Contemporary

A staple in liturgical dance!

Modern 1 is excellent if you're an old or new dancer who would like to add technical training to the passion you've already mastered.

Modern 2 is recommended if you have technical training and desire to advance your style, aesthetic and choreography.

 

*Modern 2 covers Contemporary and Jazz so students may need to attend an audition for technical competency before acceptance into the class.

Modern 1: Tuesdays at 5:30pm

Modern 2: Tuesdays at 6:45pm; Saturdays at 2pm

Body Conditioning

Strengthen, stretch, tone and lengthen! Excellent for dancers and those who need to keep the muscles supple and toned. Highly recommended as a complement to any technique class or fitness regime.
